Delivery time varies based on the product but is typically 2-5 business days, but may be up to 4+ weeks for large freight items like couches.
LOCALLY MADE TO ORDER, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Average turn-around time from date of purchase till pick-up or delivery of a made to order solid-wood furniture purchase is 4-6 weeks. Turn-around may be as short as 2 weeks and as long as 12 weeks.
Nearly all custom furniture orders may be picked up for free within 60 miles of any metropolitan area in the continental United States.
However, local delivery for custom furniture is also available!
Cost for custom furniture delivery is based on your proximity to your personal Hawkins Woodshop furniture artisan. You are assigned and introduced to your HW carpenter after purchase. Delivery cost is paid directly to your HW personal furniture artisan 2-3 days prior to scheduled delivery via any payment method you chose (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, FB Pay, Check, Cash, Credit Card, etc).

< 20 miles = $89.97
21-45 miles = $129.97
46-74 miles = $189.97
75-100 miles = $269.97
101-130 miles = $349.97

How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds for any order under any circumstances for any reason. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts, Colby and Madilyn Hawkins will work with the manufacturer to provide you parts or a replacement as quickly as possible.
These terms are posted on each product page, on our home page, and require customer consent during checkout and prior to a purchase.
Immediately after placing an order our suppliers go to work getting your order out the door. Due to this, orders can’t be changed or canceled. However, if it arrives damaged or missing parts we get you replacement(s) free of charge, of course!
In extenuating circumstances, customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via texting 916-692-0554 or emailing sales@hawkinswoodshop.com for store credit.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
Never will an approved order cancellation (one that is done immediately after purchase) be refunded back onto an original payment method. All approved cancellations done prior to receiving an order confirmation by text or email will be refunded back via store credit within 2-3 business days.
Again, once a purchase is confirmed, even prior to shipping, there can be no cancellation under any circumstance and for any reason.
How much time after receiving my non custom order do I have to ask to return the item?
We do not accept returns for any reason. If a product arrives damaged/missing parts please contact Colby at 916-692-0554 or kindly email sales@hawkinswoodshop.com. Rest assured, we'll help get you a free replacement or free delivery of any missing parts.
Shipping delays or other factors beyond our family's immediate control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Orders lost by a carrier are not grounds for cancellation. All lost or damaged delivered orders will be replaced free of charge.

Given its hand made and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in solid, real-wood furniture are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two pieces are exactly alike. By their nature, wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may develop small cracks and cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enhances the furniture's rustic, unique character.

Looks good, sturdy, and plenty of surface space. I love the size of the desk overall, and the shelf for my monitors and TV make it so there is even more surface area available. There is ample room off to the left and right of center for beverages, remote controls, a box of tissues and books on one side and my work and or gaming laptop on the other.
Took me no time to assemble and there was no time waste in putting it together. It isn't a cheap Wayfair dresser with camlocks and cardboard. This desk is sturdy, sleek, modern, and it has plenty of room for whatever it is you need to put on it in addition to computers...
Highly recommend this desk. I replaced an old stuffy banker style desk that was just not me and didn't fit my gamer life style. This bad boy is me, and it is perfect for any gamer.
The only downside for me is the lack of storage space. That is something to consider for smaller rooms that already lack space, there are no drawers. So pleaae bear that in mind when making your purchase.

My son has been wanting a gamer table for a while and now that he is a teenager we are in the process of remodeling his room to fit that aesthetic. We looked at multiple desks and this was the one he insisted on. We received it two days after the order and all of the pieces looked good. My husband put the whole thing together by himself in a little under two hours (I want to preface that comment with the fact that my husband is extremely handy--he is a carpenter and an electrician so putting things together is pretty easy for him and I don't know if everyone would have such an easy time. Even he said it would have been better with two people so bare that in mind) Every thing looked great! It was well packed (very heavy! so be careful lifting) and there weren't any issues or scratches. It seemed a bit pricey to me in comparison to other similar/comparable desks but my son loved the look and it fit all his widgets. There is a place to hang his headphones, he has a 27 inch monitor sitting on the top tier with plenty of space for the modem and the boosters , he placed his PS5 on the wheeled bottom section that sits under the desk and has all of his Pop figures tucked under the shelf where he can display them but they don't take up his desk space. He loves the cup holder and has plenty of room to store his school laptop and charge it without it getting in his way. It fit perfectly in his room and is extremely sturdy (again, my husband said that it can feel unsteady until all of the pieces go in correctly. There were points where he had to tighten, untighten, and then retighten the bolts to hold things in place while he maneuvered other parts into place which he said he has never had to do before, so just be aware of that if it feels like its not sturdy. That may be where having two or more people hold things in place comes in handy as well.) From my end, it is proving pretty easy to keep clean. Because of its smooth finish I've used glass cleaner on it to keep the dust flurries away and it looks great!

Due to using an off-the-shelf, large, made of entirely coated MDF (wood) desk I purchased 20 years ago for a very long time, it was time to finally upgrade. Many of the desks on Amazon, however, had a problem that the desk surface was ~21 inches deep. Especially for desks without any raised area for monitors, this creates a problem with usable desk area.
Going up the price ranges, I finally found this desk. Is it everything I wanted as an upgrade? No. However, it will hopefully last me quite a long time with care.
The key for me with this unit was the raised "hutch" (which I don't consider a hutch, it is a monitor shelf) which allows things to be put under the monitors. With a large UPS on the floor, and a larger sized tower computer case on the desk's included roller, a 12 outlet power bar (plugged into the UPS) is placed at the far rear of the desk area under the monitors. From there, this allowed monitors, network equipment, USB charge adapters, etc. to be plugged into the bar.
Despite the unit only having a direct center desk area similar to other desks, this desk has extended areas to both left and right. This allows a considerable amount of space for the other items one needs. (I have a work laptop and docking station on my left with work related books under the hutch beside said docking station. On the right is the place to put headphones (pets in house, can't use the built-in headphone hook), a place for meals/drinks (ignore the desk's built-in drink holder), etc. On the hutch's edges is enough space, despite my use of 2 27" monitors, for some items are used infrequently.)
This isn't a storage desk, it is meant as a gaming one. However, I was able to purchase and fit a 3 drawer filing cabinet (2 full size letter drawers, with a top drawer for small items) under the desk on the other side from the computer on the floor. (The clearance is tight, but it does fit.) This will help considerably with storage needs.
After the above, I ended up purchasing a second one as my spouse was convinced with the design despite her slightly differing needs.
Overall, for its price (at least here on Amazon), it was easy to assemble, is sturdy, and appears as if it should last for awhile. It has significant desk area, and... at least for pet free rooms / households..., the lack of any cable management isn't a con.
